Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Baskets, notecards, and luxurious essentials will usually ship within one day if the order is placed by 2:00 PM CST and will arrive at its destination within five to seven days after the order ships. However, unforeseen circumstances (various seasons/holidays, inventory hiccups, etc.) may cause a delay in shipping the order. We will do our best to notify you if a delay occurs to discuss alternatives or order cancellation if desired.
**Shipping costs are based on the size of the box, weight, and shipping location (distance). However, all baskets are $6 for shipping, while luxurious essentials do not have a shipping fee.**
**If you choose to ship to multiple recipients, please complete them as separate orders. This ensures each order is sent to the proper address. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Jen@giftsgalour.com.**
Business accounts will have the opportunity for purchases to be delivered if in the following cities in Missouri: Nixa, Ozark, Battlefield, Sparta, and Springfield. A delivery fee of $25.00 will be charged at the time of checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with everything you purchase from us! If you (or your gift recipient) are not satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, please contact Jen@giftsgalour.com within seven days that you receive the gift. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
**Please note that perishable food items and fragile items cannot be returned.**
