**We try our best to use only pure, natural, organic ingredients due to the health problems other ingredients cause. 

The product(s) will usually ship within one day, if the order is placed by 2:00 PM CST, and will arrive at its destination within five to seven days after the order ships. However, unforeseen circumstances (various seasons/holidays, inventory hiccups, etc.) may cause a delay in shipping. We will do our best to notify you if a delay occurs to discuss alternatives or order cancellation, if desired.

**Shipping costs are based on the size of the package, weight, and shipping location (distance).**

We want you to be satisfied with everything you purchase from us! If you (or your gift recipient) are not satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, please contact Jen@GiftsGalour.com within seven days that you receive the gift. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
