Coworker Appreciation

We want you to be satisfied with everything you purchase from us! If you (or your gift recipient) are not satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, please contact Jen@GiftsGalour.com within seven days that you receive the gift. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

**Please note that perishable food items and fragile items cannot be returned.**

The basket will usually ship within one day, if the order is placed by 2:00 PM CST, and will arrive at its destination within five to seven days after the order ships. However, unforeseen circumstances (various seasons/holidays, inventory hiccups, etc.) may cause a delay in shipping the basket. We will do our best to notify you if a delay occurs to discuss alternatives or order cancellation, if desired.

**Shipping costs are based on the size of the box, weight, and shipping location (distance).**

Although we like to have the same options within the basket as the picture shows and description lists, sometimes that is not always the case. We'll try to keep you updated of these changes as they come up.

For example, during the summer months, May - September, chocolates will be substituted with cookies or some other sweet treat that will be sure not to melt. Other items that may be substituted as seasons change or under other circumstances.
