Although we like to have the same options within the basket as the picture shows and description lists, sometimes that is not always the case. We'll try to keep you updated of these changes as they come up.

We want you to be satisfied with everything you purchase from us! If you (or your gift recipient) are not satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, please contact Jen@GiftsGalour.com within seven days that you receive the gift. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

The basket will usually ship within one day, if the order is placed by 2:00 PM CST, and will arrive at its destination within five to seven days after the order ships. However, unforeseen circumstances (various seasons/holidays, inventory hiccups, etc.) may cause a delay in shipping the basket. We will do our best to notify you if a delay occurs to discuss alternatives or order cancellation if desired.
