If you (or your gift recipient) are not satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, please contact Jen@GiftsGalour.com within seven days that you receive the gift. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

**Please note that perishable food items and fragile items cannot be returned.**

The basket will usually ship within one day, if the order is placed by 2:00 PM CST, and will arrive at its destination within five to seven days after the order ships. However, unforeseen circumstances (various seasons/holidays, inventory hiccups, etc.) may cause a delay in shipping the basket. We will do our best to notify you if a delay occurs to discuss alternatives or order cancellation, if desired.

**Shipping costs are based on the size of the box, weight, and shipping location (distance).**
